Every box includes a seasonal Butcher’s Choice — a cut selected by our butcher from what’s eating particularly well that month, with a card inside explaining what it is and how to cook it. Spring: Flat Iron / Rack of Lamb. Summer: Bavette / Lamb Rump. Autumn: Minute Steaks / Neck Fillet. Winter: Short Rib / Lamb Shank.
All meat is certified organic by OF&G (Organic Farmers & Growers). Our Aberdeen Angus beef and Wiltshire Horn lamb are born and raised on our farm at St Clements, Truro, Cornwall — 100% pasture fed, butchered on site and packed to order.
